ORDER. For the reasons stated in this order, iMesh and MySpace's motions for sanctions are denied; Google's motion to shift costs is denied; and it is hereby ORDERED that, to the extent they have not already done so, the Licensees shall produce, for the period described above, any communications, both internal and with Plaintiffs, relating to their licenses with Plaintiffs and/or relating to LimeWire, to the extent those communications reflect information regarding Plaintiffs' conduct, positions, or views about online licensing or about LimeWire.
