MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER # 95665 re: 41 MOTION to have the Marshals Services Deliver Subpoenas upon two known parties in this action filed by Michael Myers. Plaintiff having failed to obtain subpoenas from the Clerk's Office, the motion i s denied at this time.
