ADOPTION OF REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for 57 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by NYC Department of Homeless Services, 61 Report and Recommendations. (2) Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Title VII claim is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
