MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re rulings on numerous discovery issues: I direct Plaintiff to do the following, if she has not already done so: Plaintiff must serve her signed deposition transcript, with any errata sheets, by 4/22/09....Plaintiff must provide written responses to HIP's interrogatories by 4/30/09.
