Defendants have consented to the filing of the brief; Plaintiff Viacom does not object to the filing of the brief; and, as of the filing of this motion, Class Plaintiffs have not consented to the filing of the brief. Based upon the annexed Declaration of Eric J. Grannis, and for the reasons listed in the proposed amicus curiae brief annexed thereto, amici respectfully request that the Court grant the motion for leave to file the accompanying amicus curiae brief.
