OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, Defendants' Motion to Confirm the Appraisal Award is hereby GRANTED. The amount of Amerex's losses and expenses is significantly less than the amount ofthe insurance payment already received by Amerex; therefore, there is no further relief for Plaintiff to seek, and the case must be closed.
