Moore dated 5/28/2010 re: We represent the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Broadcast Music, Inc., SESAC, Inc. and the Sports Rights Owners Coalition ("Amici") in connection with a motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in support of plaintiffs in the above-captioned matter. As set forth in more detail in the motion, Amici are simply seeking to place on the record of this action an exact copy of an amicus brief already received by the Court in the related Viacom action. By docket entry 231 in this Class Action, it appears that the Court already has determined that it wishes to have this brief so docketed and the enclosed motion seeks to carry out that direction by the Court.
