OPINION AND ORDER re: 54 MOTION for Reconsideration re; 44 Memorandum & Opinion, filed by Alberto Nieves. For the foregoing reasons, Nieve's motion for reconsideration is granted in part and denied in part. An exception to the strict deadl ine regarding motions for reconsideration has been made in this instance in the interest of justice and because Nieves previously appeared pro se. No additional extensions- particularly with regard to the 10/18/2010 trial date- will be granted. The C lerk the Court is directed to close this motion (Docket No. 54).
