MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. Accordingly, UFG is hereby dismissed from this action, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to vacate the December 14, 2009 Default Judgment against UFG (Docket No. 71). Because summary judgment has been granted in favor of the only remaining defendant, the Clerk of the Court is further directed to close this case. (Signed by Judge Shira A.
