OPINION AND ORDER #96930 re: 12 MOTION for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff's Claim and Dismissing Defendant's Counterclaims filed by Roger R. Crane, Jr. For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is grant ed with respect to U.S. copyright law and denied with respect to U.K. copyright law. Defendant's U.S. copyright infringement and unfair competition counterclaims are dismissed. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Barbara S.
