MEMORANDUM ORDER for 19 Report and Recommendations. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the Report, DLJ Mortgage shall be awarded: (a) damages in the amount of $318,898.10; (b) pre-judgment interest at the rate of 9% per year, beginning August 29, 2007 ($2,391.74 per month); and (c) attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $14,026.55.
