MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 26 MOTION to Amend/Correct 25 Clerk's Judgment filed by United States of America. For the foregoing reasons, the Government's motion for an order amending the Court's Judgment of March 31, 2009 dis missing the Government's Complaint against Defendant Lloyds TSB Bank plc, without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and for leave to file the Proposed Amended Complaint attached to the motion papers, is DENIED in all respects. The Court does not reach the other grounds for dismissal urged by Defendant in the papers submitted on its prior motion to dismiss the original Complaint. It is SO ORDERED.
