OPINION & ORDER re:# 97457 63 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by The State of New York, Sherry K. Cohen, The Office of Court Administration of Unified Court System, Thomas J. Cahill, David Spokony. For the reasons set forth herein, plaintiff' ;s discrimination claims are dismissed, as is her breach of contract claim. Plaintiff's First Amendment retaliation claim remains. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close defendants' motion for summary judgment (Document #63). A status conference is scheduled for 5/8/09, at 5:30 p.m., in Courtroom 15C.
