ORDER: Accordingly, the Court believes an extension is warranted. In an effort to avoid extending any other deadlines at this time, fact discovery shall be extended to April 3, 2009, and the deadline for completion of expert discovery is extended to June 12,2009. The parties are directed to agree on specific dates for the various phases of expert discovery that will make it possible to complete discovery by June 12,2009.
