OPINION AND ORDER #99855 re: 12 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Robert Henderson. Accordingly, for all the foregoing reasons, plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is denied and the Commissioner's motion to remand is granted.
