MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants in part Defendants' motion for partial summary judgment, concluding that they have established four violations of the SCA and are enti tled to statutory damages in the amount of $4,000, with the liable party to be determined at trial. The Court also grants Plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment, concluding that there has been no violations of the ECPA.
