MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER, re: in conclusion, House of Diamonds' motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 38) is GRANTED, and the Court orders that House of Diamonds be awarded (1) $118,95.50 in damages; (2) pre-judgment interest at 9% p er annum; and (3) post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a). The judgment is against Defendants Zrelak, Livada, J. Charles, and Chrissafis, jointly and severally. The Clerk of Court is hereby ordered to close this case and remove this action from the docket without prejudice to House of Diamonds's ability to enforce this judgment.
