OPINION AND ORDER re: #98542 70 MOTION in Limine To Exclude The Proposed Expert Testimony of Dr. Myron J. Helfgott filed by THOIP, 66 MOTION in Limine to Exclude Expert Testimony of Dr. Gary Ford filed by Disney Destinations, LLC, The Walt Disney Company, Disney Consumer Products, Inc. For the reasons set forth above, the Ford Survey is inadmissible and the Helfgott Survey is admissible. Accordingly, Disney's motion is granted and THOIP's motion is denied.
