MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: #98415 12 MOTION for Judgment Recognizing and Enforcing an Interim Final Arbitration Award and Directing that Certain Funds Attached in the Captioned Case be Turned Over to Plaintiff filed by Nova Maritime B.V.I. LT D. Plaintiffs motion to recognize and enforce the arbitration award is denied. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the ex parte Order for Process of Attachment and Garnishment issued in this action be vacated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any funds attached as E FTs pursuant to that Order be immediately released. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
