ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defendant AIG's motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file, by July 30, 2009, a second amended complaint pleading specific facts, which if true, would demonstrate AIG's direct liability to Plaintiffs.
