ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED: 1. Parties are to provide a joint pre-trial order to the Court by July 20, 2009. This order should contain a brief statement of the issues to be resolved by trial, a list of each side's witnesses, and a list of exhibits and documents expected to be put into evidence. 2. Requests for jury instructions, requests for jury selection questions, and motions in regard to the admissibility of evidence for trial, if any, are due on August 14, 2009. 3.
