PERMANENT INJUNCTION. ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendant Supap Kirtsaeng and his agents, servants, and employees, and all those acting in concert with him, if any, who receive notice of this injunction are hereby ENJOINED, unless and until such time as the verdict of the Jury is reversed or overruled, from (i) infringing the registered copyrights of plaintiff John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ("Wiley") identified on Schedule A hereto in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 501; and (ii) infringing any copyright of Wiley through the sale in, or importation into, the United States of any copy of any foreign edition of Wiley's works printed outside of the Uni ed States and marked to prohibit its resale in, or importation into, the United States; and it is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that (a) the $10,000 cash deposit plaintiffs made to the Clerk of the Court pursuant to the order of attachment entered April 27, 2009, be and hereby is released; and (b) The Clerk of the Court shall mail a check for $10,000 payable to Dunnegan LLC, at 350 Fifth Avenue, Suite 4908, New York, New York 10118.
