ADOPTION OF REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman, dated August 31, 2009, be and the same hereby is, APPROVED, ADOPTED, and RATIFIED by the Court in it's entirety. Pursuan t to Magistrate Judge Pitman's recommendation, Defendant's Motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. As such, all claims asserted by Plaintiff against Defendant Columbia University are dismissed; and Plaintiff is hereby GRANTED permission to amend her Complaint.
