ORDER, upon motion of certain defendants and opposition of plaintiffs, the Court hereby declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims re (08-9994 and 08-11056) for the reasons set forth in the Court's 3/9/09 Opinion an d Order, and as further set forth in this document.....Because only state law claims are asserted against the remaining defendants, these actions are dismissed in their entirety without prejudice as against the remaining defendants.
