We represent Fairfield Greenwich Limited and Fairfield Greenwich
(Bermuda) Limited (the "Settling Defendants"). The Settling Defendants intend to file a
statement and declaration under seal for the Court's in camera review that provide
additional information regarding the confidential agreements referenced in the Settling
Defendants' Notice of Rule 23 Statement, filed on March 21,2013 (ECF No. 1092), as
directed by Your Honor at the settlement hearing held on March 22,2013. See Settlement
