We represent The Citco Group Ltd., Citco Fund Services (Europe) B. V.,
Citco (Canada) Inc., Citco Global Custody N.V., Citco Bank Nederland N.V. Dublin
Branch, and Citco Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd. (collectively, "Citco") in this action,
As your Honor may know, on July 22,2013, Citco filed its Rule 72(a) objections to the
July 8, 2013 discovery order of Magistrate Judge Frank Maas ("Objections"). ECF Nos.
1160-64.
On August 5, 2013, Plaintiffs filed ajoint stipulation with Citco asking the
Court to extend the time to August 26, 2013 for Plaintiffs to respond to Citco's
Objections and to extend the time to September 26,2013 for Citco to reply to Plaintiffs'
papers. The Court so ordered this extension. ECF Nos. 1175-76.
