ORDER: Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to consolidate the two cases captioned above for all pretrial purposes; and it is further ORDERED that all filings in connection with the consolidated action be docketed against the remaining lower number case, 09 Civ. 0118; and it is further ORDERED that any filing of papers or correspondence with the Court that relates solely to Bhatia v. Standard Chartered International (USA) Ltd. ("Bhatia"), Case No. 09 Civ. 2410, shall so indicate in the face of such submission by reference to the case as 09 Civ. 0118 (Bhatia); and it is further ORDERED that the parties in the consolidated cases are directed to coordinate all pretrial proceedings, which shall be conducted under the supervision of Magistrate Judge Theodore Katz; and it is further ORDERED that upon completion of pretrial proceedings, in the event any claims in Bhatia remain to be tried, the Court in conjunction with the parties will consider severing the Bhatia matter for separate trial, as appropriate; and it is finally (Signed by Judge Victor Marrero on 5/6/09) Filed In Associated Cases: 1:09-cv-00118-VM-THK, 1:09-cv-02410-VM(js)
