AMENDED CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN
AND SCHEDULING ORDER
WHEREAS, on January 30, 2013, the Court entered an Order setting the schedule for
expert discovery (the "CMO");

WHEREAS, on November 12,2013, the Court extended the deadline for expert discovery until
March 31,2014;

WHEREAS, on February 27,2014, the Court extended the deadline for expert discovery until
April 25, 2014;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the CMO is amended as
follows:

The Citco Group Ltd., Citco Fund Services (Europe) B.V., Citco (Canada) Inc.,
Citco Global Custody N.V, Citco Bank Nederland, N.V., Dublin Branch, Citco
Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd., PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants, N.V., and the Anwar Plaintiffs shall
cooperate in scheduling expert witness depositions so as to complete expert
discovery by May 30, 2014.

Apart from the preceding amendment, the provisions of the CMO remain in effect.
