(Americas) Ltd. (“Standard Chartered Defendants”) will move this Court, before the Honorable
Victor Marrero at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007,
on a date and at a time designated by the Court, for an order (1) granting reconsideration of this
Court’s July 29, 2015 Order and dismissing all claims in the Standard Chartered Cases, pursuant
to Local Civil Rule 6.3; or, alternatively, (2) certifying for interlocutory appeal the Court’s July
29 Order, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b); and/or (3) for such other and further relief as this
Court may deem just and proper.
