Rule 56.1 Statement in Support of their Motion for Summary Judgment; and (iii) Declaration of
William R. Maguire and its accompanying exhibits, filed under seal, defendants
PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (collectively, the
“PwC Defendants”), will move this Court, before the Honorable Victor Marrero, United States
District Judge, at a time and date to be set by the Court, for an order pursuant to Federal Rule of
