PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, upon the accompanying Memorandum of Law in
Support of the PwC Defendants’ Omnibus Daubert Motion and Declaration of Jesse L. Jensen,
and its accompanying exhibits, filed under seal, defendants PricewaterhouseCoopers
Accountants N.V. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (collectively, the “PwC Defendants”), will
move this Court, before the Honorable Victor Marrero, United States District Judge, at a time
and date to be set by the Court, for an order to exclude the testimony of certain of plaintiff’s
expert witnesses pursuant to Federal Rules of Evidence 702 and 402.
