Standard Chartered Cases
Dear Judge Marrero:
I am the Liaison Counsel for the Standard Chartered Plaintiffs in the
Standard Chartered Cases.
The Court, in its October 7, 2015 Order, denied Standard Chartered's
request for a pre-motion conference on summary judgment. We therefore
reiterate our request that the Court promptly $chedule a conference to
discuss possible remand to the Judicial Panel <1>n Multidistrict Litigation and
disposition of these cases. Pretrial proceedings: are concluded-. The only
reason for keeping the transferred cases before this Court would be were the
parties and the Court to agree to trial before this Court.
Thank you for your careful consideration of this letter.
Sincerely yours,
SO ORDERED.
