Fair.field Greenwich Lilnited, et al. Master File No . 09-CV-OO 118 (VM) (FM) Dear Judge Marrero : I write on behalf of my client PrlcewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC Canada"), defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.V. ("PwC Netherlands") (collectively, the "PwC Defendants''), and the Plaintiffs (together with the P\-vC Defendants, "the Parties") to ask the Court to approve a slight modificatidn to the current schedule for the Parties' pre-trial submissions. The current schedule, entered by an August 28, 2015 endorsement of my prior letter of August 26, 2015, Docket No. 1406, provided for the submission of the items listed in the Court' s standing requirements on pre-trial ti lings on November 2, 2015 . The Parties have exchanged drafts of these items with each other and engaged in multiple c0nferences to reach agreement on as m{1ch of this material as possible and identify any areas of disagreement and present those to the Court for resolution. The Parties are of the view that a short extension of the deadline for su~ 1'!"1itting this material to the Court will allow them to resolve additional issues and present fewer issues to the Court for resolution without any negative impact on the overall schedu.le. The Parties therefore ask the Court to allow them to make their joint pre-trial submission of all items required except for the exhibit list on or before November 13, 2015, and to submit the exhibit list on or before November f O 2015 . The schedule for motions in /imine (motions , due November 2, 2015 , responses 14 clays thereafter, an<l replies seven days after responses) shall remain unchanged, and the case ' :Yill still be ready for a Final Pre-Trial Conference as of December l , 2015 as currently planned.
