FINAL JUDGMENT AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: WHEREAS, on December 9, 2010, plaintiff Ricardo Rodriguez Caso ("Caso") filed a putative class action complaint against defendants Standard Chartered plc and Standard Chartered Bank International (Americas) Ltd. (collectively, "Defendants") captioned Ricardo Rodriguez Caso v. Standard Chartered Bank International (Americas) Ltd., et al., No. 10-CV-9196 (S.D.N.Y.) (the "Caso Action"); WHEREAS, on May 18, 2012, the Court ordered Mr. Caso to arbitrate his individual claims and stayed the Caso Action pending completion of arbitration (Dkt. No. 882); WHEREAS, on January 29, 2014, the American Arbitration Association closed its file relating to Mr. Caso's arbitration; WHEREAS, on October 7, 2015, Defendants requested a pre-motion conference seeking dismissal of the Caso Action because Mr. Caso's arbitration proceedings are complete; WHEREAS, on October 8, 2015, the Court Ordered Mr. Caso to show cause by October 13, 2015 as to why the Caso Action should not be dismissed; and WHEREAS, Mr. Caso did not respond to the Court's October 8, 2015 Order and no cause has been shown why the Caso Action should not be dismissed. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Caso v. Standard Chartered Bank International (Americas) Ltd., et al., No. 10-CV-9196 (S.D.N.Y.) is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
