Standard Chartered Bank International (Americas) Ltd., No. 11-cv-898 (S.D.N.Y.) ("New Horizon Dev. Inc.") hereby stipulate and agree, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 41 (a)(2), that: The claims brought by Ali Ltd., Bellwood Ltd., and Accent Group Ltd. in Tierra C. V. are DISMISSED with prejudice and without an award of costs or fees to any party. The claims brought by Nemagus Ltd. in Iston Holdings Ltd. are DISMISSED with prejudice and without an award of costs or fees to any party. The claims brought by Continental Rainbow Group Ltd in New Horizon Dev. Inc. are DISMISSED with prejudice and without an award of costs or fees to any party. Only the claims of these five specific plaintiffs are dismissed. The Tierra C. V., Iston Holdings Ltd. and New Horizon Dev. Inc. actions are not dismissed, and the remaining parties in those actions reserve all of their rights in all other respects. Only the claims of these five specific plaintiffs are dismissed. The Tierra C. V., lston Holdings
Ltd. and New Horizon Dev. Inc. actions are not dismissed, and the remajning parties in those
actions reserve all of their rights in all other respects.
