PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Class Plaintiffs, by and through their undersigned counsel,
will move this Court at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl St., New York, New York 10007, at
a time set by the Court, for Orders in limine to exclude evidence, testimony and argument that may be
offered by defendants PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP [Canada] and PricewaterhouseCoopers
Accountants Netherlands N.V. concerning:
1. Audits of non-Fairfield Funds
2. Non-audit inquiries, examinations and investigations of Madoff and BLMIS
3. Decisions and documents from other cases and proceedings
4. Fees received by Defendants
5. Collateral source payments
6. Comparative fault of Plaintiffs
and for such other and further relief as this Court deems appropriate.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in support of the Motions, Plaintiffs submit the
accompanying Memoranda of Law and Declaration of Eli J. Glasser in Support of Motions in Limine,

which will be filed under seal, and rely on all prior proceedings herein, and such argument and
additional submissions that may be made to the Court.
