Presently, the parties' responses to the motions in lirnine are due on November 16 with replies due on November 23. The parties jointly request extension of the deadline for responses to November 20 with replies due on November 25. The remaining pre-crial deadlines will remain unchanged. The parties are continuing to confer to seek agreement or narrow issues relating to the pre-trial filings, so a.i:; to reduce the areas of disagreement presented to the Court for resolution. This modification will facilitate those discussions without impacting the overall schedule. The case will be ready for a final pre-trial conference as of December 1, 2015, as currently planned.
