Dear Judge Marrero:

By orders dated October 29 and November 13, 2015, the parties in the
Standard Chartered Cases are due today to update the Court regarding a "uniform
negligence cowit and proposed remand order." (Dkt. No. 1448.) The parties have not yet
reached agreement on these issues, but are continuing to confer in an effort to resolve
them without involv1~ment of the Court. The Standard Chartered Plaintiffs and Standard
Chartered Defendants therefore jointly request an extension until December 2, 2015 for
providing further updates to the Court on these two issues.
