Re:
Dear Judge Marrero:
I write on behalf of my client, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC Canada") and
defendant PricewaterhouseCoopcrs Accountants N.V . ("Pv,·C Netherlands") (collectively, the
"PwC Defendants"), with the consent of Plaintiffs, to seek a short extension of the current
dead! ine for the filing of the parties· replies in support of their motions in limine.
As the Court will recall, in anticipation of the filing of papers related to the parties
agreement to settle this matter, the Court, via a letter endorsement dated November 25, 2015
(Docket No. 1465), extended that deadline t0 December 18, 2015. The parties anticipate they
will be in a position to complete those filings by December 23, 2015, and therefore respectfully
request that the Court extend the motion in lfmi11e reply dead line to that same date.
Respectfully,
Is/ Timothy A. Duffy
