Anwar, et al. v. Fairfield Greenwich Limited, et al.
Master File No. 09-CV-00118 (YM) (FM)
Dear Judge Marrero:
J write on behalf of my client, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC Canada") and
defendant PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants N.Y. ("PwC Netherlands") (collectively, the
"PwC Defendants"), with the consent of Plaintiffs, to seek a further extension of the current
deadline for the filing of the parties' replies in suppon of their motions in limme.
The parties have yet to come to final agreement on a few remaining issues, and anticipate
that, in light of the holidays, that they will be in a position to make further filings in this matter
no later than January 8, 2016, and therefore respectfully request the Court to extend the motion
m limine reply deadline to that same date.
Respectfully,
Isl Timothy A. Duffy
