AWARD OF ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 6, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 11B at the United
States District Court located at 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, Plaintiffs will move the
Court, before the Honorable Victor Marrero, for an order granting Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final
Approval of the Proposed PwC Settlement and Plan of Allocation and Award of Attorneys’ Fees
and Reimbursement of Expenses.
This motion is based upon this Notice, the accompanying Plaintiffs’ Memorandum In
Support of Proposed PwC Settlement and Fee and Expense Award, Joint Declaration of Lead
Counsel in Support of Proposed PwC Class Action Settlement and Fee and Expense Request, the
Affidavit of Jason Rabe Regarding Class Notice and Administration of the PwC Settlement, and
exhibits thereto, all prior pleadings and proceedings herein, and such argument and additional
submissions that may be submitted to the Court before the hearing on this Motion.
