(i) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), remanding the Action to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, and awarding plaintiff costs incurred as a result of the removal of the Action; (ii) vacating the Court's Order dated June 25, 2009 (Dkt. No. 4, 09 CV 5650), which consolidated the Action with Anwar v. Fairfield Greenwich Group, 09 CV 0118 (VM); and (iii) for such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
