ORDER that the Clerk of Court is directed to consolidate the four cases captioned herein (09cv118, 10cv918, 10cv919, 10cv920) for all pretrial purposes. All filings in connection with the consolidated action shall be docketed against the remaining lower number case, 09cv118. The Clerk off Court shall close the referenced higher numbered cases, 10cv918, 10cv919 and 10cv920, as separate actions and remove them from the Court's database.
