Defendants in the above-captioned action may serve and file papers in opposition to the class certification motion within 60 days from the conclusion of the period for fact and expert class certification discovery. 3. Except as amended above, the provisions of the Amended CMO remain in effect. 4. In view of the lengthy and undefined period for class-related discovery.
