AMENDED CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER

WHEREAS, on November 2,2010, this Court entered an Amended Case Management
Plan and Scheduling Order ("Amended CMO") setting March 2, 2012 as the deadline to
complete fact discovery, and setting a schedule for Plaintiffs' motion for class certification;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERERY ORDERED that paragraphs 2 and 9 of the
Amended CMO are further amended as follows:
