LLP has requested a discovery conference concerning certain discovery requests
propounded to the Citco Defendants.
The conference will be held on October 16,2012, at 2 p.m., in Courtroom
6A, which is not my usual courtroom.
I recognize that this is relatively short notice. Accordingly, If this date and
time are not feasible, counsel should place a conference call to my Chambers to make
suitable alternative arrangements. Additionally, counsel for the Citco Defendants is
requested to submit any opposition letter to me by the close of business on October 15,
2012.
