STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING ADDITIONAL NAMED PLAINTIFFS; Plaintiffs shall, from time to time, submit to Defendants proposed Appendices listing Additional Named Plaintiffs who wish to be added as parties to this Action, in lieu of such plaintiffs filing new related proceedings in their individual names against Defendants. The authorization for Plaintiffs to use the procedure set forth in this Stipulation and Order shall terminate on the date set by the Court for Plaintiffs to file a motion for class certification.
