OPINION AND ORDER re:#98416 25 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Coty Inc. For the reasons further set forth in this Opinion and Order, Coty's motion for summary judgment on Fishoffs breach of contract claim is denied, and Coty's moti on to dismiss Fishoffs promissory estoppel claim is granted.
