ENDORSED LETTER addressed to Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein from Meir Feder dated 1/25/10 re: counsel writes in regard to tomorrow's 4:00 p.m. hearing, which I understand will address our December 28, 2009 motion for a protective order, as well as whether that motion should be sealed. Our request to seal is based on the fact that the motion relates to a grand jury investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
