SCHEDULING ORDER: The parties have consented that each may amend their pleadings. Plaintiffs are directed to serve and file their amended complaint no later than July 31, 2009. Defendants are directed to serve and file their amended answer and counte rclaims no later than August 31, 2009. Plaintiffs are directed to serve and file their reply to the amended answer and counterclaims no later than September 11, 2009. Plaintiffs are directed to serve and file their motion for judgment on the pleading s no later than September 30, 2009. Discovery shall be stayed until Judge Jones addresses defendants' application to defer resolution of any dispositive motion until discovery has been conducted.
